Payment Information
We are in the process of switching credit
card processing companies so in the mean time, we are using
PayPal to process all credit card transactions.
We accept credit cards and debit cards via PayPal as well as money orders. If you are ordering outside of Canada and wish to pay with a money order, please be sure to send an INTERNATIONAL money order. We cannot cash US money orders within Canada.

It offers fantastic security and is very easy to use, which is why we have chosen PayPal for all credit card and debit card transactions. You do not need to have a PayPal account to pay via this method. And, you don't have to sign up for anything.

kept safe and secure.
Important Shipping Information
Our main office is located in Ontario,
Canada but our warehouse is located in the US. Therefore,
all items are shipping from our warehouse in the US.
Canadian customers need to be aware of this as there may be
duty and/or tax charged at the border.
There are plans to open a Canadian warehouse
in the near future. We will keep you posted.
Shipping Costs
We ship first class mail via US Postal Service
unless another method is requested. All domestic packages
(shipping within the US) are shipped insured and have delivery confirmation services included.
If you would like us to ship via UPS, please
let us know in the comments section when checking out. UPS
shipping will incur additional shipping charges.
For small orders, our lowest cost shipping option is US Postal Service options.

We ship international letter post (equivalent to first
class mail), when shipping to Canada and other international
destinations. If you would like to upgrade your shipping at
an additional charge, please let us know in the comments
section when checking out. We can then give you a price
quote for either global priority mail and/or global express
mail.

Claims for lost packages are subject to a 45 day waiting period to ensure enough time for customs clearance and package delivery and re-routing. All rates subject to change without notice.
Sales Tax
Since all orders are shipped from our warehouse in
Massachusetts, we will charge Massachusetts state sales tax of 5%
to all Massachusetts' orders.
Return Policy
All returns must be made within 15 days of original invoice date. Send returns insured mail to the following address:

You must enclose a copy of your invoice with all returns and
the reason for the return.
Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.
All returns must be made in a sturdy box. Returns sent in
envelopes or padded envelopes will be refused due to
potential for crushing damage during transit. Returns after
15 days are at the sole discretion of Silver Jewelry
Paradise and may be subject to restocking fees of 25% or more. Items damaged in transit during return are customer's responsibility.
International packages are allowed an extra 5 days return time for a 5% re-stocking fee. Shipping charges are not refundable.
